Q: How long does it take to make and ship my cup?

A: We create each cup by hand, GOOD SPARKLE TAKES TIME✨

Orders are processed as they are received. Cups ship within 7-10 business days.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: All cups are custom made, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Q: There’s a bubble in my snow globe tumbler. Is that normal?

A: Yes! A small natural bubble can form during shipping — totally normal and not considered a defect.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: Contact us within 1 business day of delivery with photos of the cup + packaging.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement if available.

Q: What if USPS loses my package or delivers to the wrong address?

A: Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.
Claims for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages must be filed with USPS.

Q: Can I customize my cup?

A: Absolutely! Glitter style, flow type, decals, themes — we love custom orders. Message us to see if we can bring your idea to life!

Q: Are the cups safe to wash?

A: Yes — with care! (See Care Instructions)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time we ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future!
