We ship orders every Saturday, in the order they’re received. We hustle to get your sparkle packed and shipped fast, but during holidays or unpredictable weather orders may take a little longer. We do offer local pick-up or local delivery (within 20 miles)

✨ Custom Cup & Snow Globe Tumbler Policy ✨

Every cup is custom-made and uniquely glitzy — which means:

All sales are final
No refunds, returns, or exchanges

A naturally occurring air bubble may appear during shipping. This is normal with liquid glitter tumblers and does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

✨ Damaged Items ✨

If your cup arrives damaged, you must contact us within 1 business day of the package showing “Delivered.”

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged

If USPS clearly caused the damage, you will need to file a claim with USPS.

If packaging arrived normal but the cup arrived damaged, a replacement may be offered. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. If a replacement is approved and available, it will be shipped at no cost to you.

✨ Lost, Stolen, or Mis-Delivered Packages ✨

Once a package is shipped, Kiss My Glitz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the correct address was provided but USPS delivers to the wrong address, a claim must be filed with USPS. We cannot provide refunds for mis-delivered packages.

This is normal and does not qualify for refund or replacement.
